At ANZHost, a brand of Suvaansh Group Pty Ltd, we value our clients and aim to deliver reliable, high-quality web hosting services. This Return Policy outlines our commitment to customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and transparency.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of web hosting and digital services, refunds are provided under limited conditions in line with Australian Consumer Law and ANZHost’s service terms. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@anzhost.com.au.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible hosting services, including:
– Shared Hosting Plans
– Reseller Hosting Plans
– VPS Hosting Plans
If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
3. Exclusions from Refunds
The following items and conditions are non-refundable:
– Domain name registrations, transfers, or renewals
– SSL certificate purchases
– Dedicated server products
– Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS)
– Add-on services (e.g., backups, SEO tools)
– Setup fees and administrative charges
– Accounts terminated due to breach of Terms of Service
– Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the initial purchase date
– Custom development, configuration, or consulting services
4. Domain Name Refunds
Domain-related services are regulated by ICANN and domain registries. As such, domain name purchases are non-refundable. Contact us within 24 hours of registration if changes are needed.
5. Service Cancellations
– You may cancel services via the client portal or by contacting our support team.
– Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the next billing date.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 30-day guarantee period.
– Services set to auto-renew will be billed unless cancelled in advance.
6. Failed Payments and Suspensions
– Overdue accounts will be suspended after 7 days and may be terminated after 30 days.
– Suspended or terminated accounts due to non-payment or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
– Within 7-15 business days of approval
– Refunded to the original payment method only
– In AUD (Australian Dollars)—exchange rate fluctuations, third-party processing fees, Setup fees and administrative charges are not refundable
8. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies for services that are not of acceptable quality or that do not match the description provided.
